The Scandinavian Dictionary
|
| The Scandinavian Dictionary was developed by Birgitta Lindgren, Skirne Helg Bruland, Allan Karker and Ståle Løland. It was published in 1994 by Norstedts Förlag AB in partnership with the Nordic Language Secretariat, with funding from the Nordic Council of Ministers.The Scandinavian dictionary contains 3,000 words in Swedish, Norwegian and Danish. These are common and well-known words, but words which can cause problems in contacts between the Scandinavian countries, words where there is a major risk of misunderstanding. |

Swedish Lexin
|
| Lexin is a combination of lexicons and dictionaries developed by the Swedish National Agency for School Improvement for use in teaching immigrants. Lexin currently contains around 30,000 words and is available in eight languages. |
